ERIN FOY

Founder & CEO

Erin Foy brings 20 years of experience across finance, global marketing agencies, and one of the world’s leading tech companies. After graduating with a degree in Marketing & Finance, she began her career in finance before transitioning into digital marketing, where she developed a strong focus on turning data and strategy into business growth.

She spent much of her career at global agencies, including Publicis and WPP, helping brands across healthcare, wellness, and pharmaceutical industries develop digital strategies that connect business goals with performance-driven marketing.

At Google, Erin led sales teams supporting pharmaceutical and OTC brands before leading Strategy and Operations for Google’s healthcare business. In that role, she worked across teams to guide strategic initiatives and support large healthcare organizations as they evolved their digital advertising capabilities.

Today, Erin leads digital strategy and growth initiatives for organizations looking to scale. She is known for bringing Fortune 500-level strategy to growing brands and translating complex digital ecosystems into clear, practical marketing systems that drive measurable results. Her approach is rooted in a simple principle: lead with empathy, putting herself in the audience’s shoes to create marketing that genuinely connects with people on a human level.

Outside of work, Erin is a proud girl mom to three young daughters, something that has strengthened her commitment to supporting women-founded businesses. She has been practicing yoga long before it was mainstream and is currently working on a book reflecting on the risks she has taken throughout her career, the unexpected payoffs that followed, and the principles that helped guide her as she built her path in the industry. Her goal is to inspire the next generation of leaders and founders to take thoughtful risks and build careers on their own terms.

Marni Harris

EVP, Global partnerships​

Partnership leader driving meaningful growth through strategic collaboration.

Marni Harris brings 25 years of extensive experience in media, sales, and partnerships, consistently driving growth and expanding organizational reach. Marni currently is the EVP, Global Partnerships at SWM Consulting, overseeing top clients and the media team. She also served as the Interim Senior Director of Partnerships and Programs at the Sandberg, Goldberg, Bernthal Family Foundation, where she led a team focused on scaling Lean In Programs and fostering strategic alliances.

Prior to the SGBFF, Marni spent over 16 years at Google, excelling in client partnerships within the Large Customer Sales organization across diverse verticals including Media & Entertainment, Retail, Finance, Auto, and Travel. She notably led a cross-functional Agency & Brand Solutions team for a decade and completed a job rotation as Head of Video Practice on the gCare team, managing product leads for scaled media solutions.

Throughout her career, Marni has championed women’s issues and served as a dedicated advocate for her colleagues, evidenced by her roles as a Google2Google trainer, New Hire Trainer Program lead, Bias Busting training leader, and head of Women@ leadership panels. A Google Business Academy alumna, Marni is recognized as a thought leader, mentor, problem solver, and connector—a true people person.

Jeff Ramsey

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Ramsey brings extensive experience designing and implementing technology solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Chief Technology Officer, he combines strategic thinking with a practical, solutions-focused mindset to transform complex technical challenges into scalable systems that support long-term business growth.
Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on building technology that simplifies workflows, reduces operational friction, and creates measurable value for both customers and internal teams. His approach emphasizes thoughtful system design, process optimization, and continuous improvement, ensuring technology serves as an enabler of innovation rather than a barrier to progress.
Today, Jeff leads the company’s technology strategy, developing solutions that strengthen operations, improve collaboration, and support sustainable growth. Known for his analytical mindset and hands-on leadership style, he excels at turning complex problems into streamlined, reliable systems that help teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time in his workshop, where he applies the same curiosity and problem-solving mindset to building and creating with his hands. Whether developing new technology solutions or working on a personal project in the shop, he is always driven by a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous learning.

Ashlyn Little

Chief Marketing Officer

Ashlyn Little brings a results-driven approach to marketing, helping businesses build stronger brands through focused strategy, rapid execution, and data-informed decision-making. As Chief Marketing Officer, she believes that meaningful growth comes from concentrating on the initiatives that create the greatest impact while continuously testing, learning, and refining every step of the customer journey.
Throughout her career, Ashlyn has led marketing initiatives centered on brand development, demand generation, and growth strategy. She is known for creating clear direction, empowering teams to make confident decisions, and fostering a culture of experimentation that allows ideas to move quickly from concept to measurable results.
Today, Ashlyn leads the company’s marketing vision, combining creativity with performance-focused execution to strengthen brand presence and accelerate business growth. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, agility, and continuous optimization, ensuring marketing efforts remain aligned with both customer needs and business objectives.
Outside of work, Ashlyn can usually be found with a fresh cup of coffee in hand, fueling her next creative idea or strategic planning session. She believes that curiosity, continuous learning, and a willingness to experiment are essential ingredients for both great marketing and lasting success.

Silvia Liu

Silvia Liu brings more than 10 years of experience helping organizations grow across SaaS, technology, education, and B2B industries. Throughout her career, she has combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop marketing programs that drive measurable business growth across international markets.
She has worked with startups, scale-ups, and established organizations, leading initiatives across brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and growth. Most notably, Silvia helped scale a SaaS startup from 5% to 40% market share, demonstrating her ability to translate ambitious business goals into effective go-to-market strategies. She has also partnered with organizations including Stanford University, Teradata, and Softchoice, helping them strengthen their market presence and accelerate growth.
Today, Silvia helps businesses build modern marketing strategies that combine data, creativity, and technology to deliver sustainable growth. She is known for her full-stack marketing expertise, balancing strategic vision with practical execution while turning complex marketing challenges into clear, scalable solutions. Her approach is rooted in continuous learning, curiosity, and a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.
Originally from Australia and now based in Silicon Valley, Silvia is a lifelong learner with a passion for marketing, design, philosophy, and emerging technologies. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Northern California’s coffee shops, matcha cafés, and bakeries, and spending time outdoors whenever she can. Whether she’s searching for the perfect flat white or discovering a new hiking trail, Silvia is always seeking new experiences that inspire both her work and her creativity.

Kamil Patel

Earlier in her career she contributed to campaigns for globally recognized entertainment brands including Nickelodeon properties such as PAW Patrol and SpongeBob SquarePants, giving her experience operating within large-scale, brand-sensitive advertising environments.

Known for her hands-on approach to performance marketing, Ali works closely with leadership teams to translate advertising data into clear operational strategy. She helps organizations align campaign structure, audience strategy, conversion signals, and creative systems so that paid media investment drives measurable business outcomes.

Paige Moore

Threver Shane Oller

Threver Shane Oller is a process rockstar, turning strategy into action by operationalizing every part of the process. He manages campaign execution, client dashboards, internal and external reporting, and workflow systems to keep growth initiatives running smoothly. He is known for his attention to detail and ensures every project and report is accurate, organized, and on track.

He brings several years of leadership and operations experience to the team, including 2 years as a Team Leader, where he supported and coached his team while consistently achieving top performance scores across the department. He was later promoted to Senior Team Lead, where he supported multiple sites and leaders, helping improve cross-team coordination, performance tracking, and operational execution.
